Paloma brings a sustainable food systems lens to her work. She currently advocates for increased access to healthy food for all Californians. Previously at SPUR, she worked in close collaboration with the Policy team to conduct research and advocate for progress across policy areas. Before joining SPUR, worked with the Food Recovery Network in Washington, D.C. facilitating food recovery programs on university campuses and later supported the local, state, and federal advocacy efforts of the Food & Agriculture team at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC). Paloma holds a bachelor's of science degree from Santa Clara University.
